She holds responsibility for the administrative, financial, human resources, and logistical management of the laboratory, ensuring sound budgetary governance while supporting the Director in the execution of his duties and representing him before internal and external partners. Within CEAlex, she oversees operational management, exercises financial control, and contributes to the development of strategic partnerships, while also serving as Training Correspondent (COFO) to accompany the professional development of staff. She maintains regular institutional relations with the CNRS, the French Institute of Oriental Archaeology in Cairo, and various international partners, including the Egyptian legal service. In supervising a multilingual administrative and technical team (French, English, Arabic, and sign language), she reinforces the laboratory’s inclusiveness, openness, and international visibility.
