Administration, accounting and human resources

The general administration comprises the administrative and financial department (four people), the maintenance department (eight people) and the catering department (four people). It is responsible for the administrative, financial and human aspects of the Centre’s work, as well as for the logistics and accommodation of visiting scholars in three residences, and for obtaining excavation and study permits from the Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities.
