Access to books

The library is open Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 until 16:00.

⚠️ Due to the health situation, the reading rooms are closed to the public until further notice

The issue of a reader’s card is subject to authorisation from the CEAlex administration and requires a university registration certificate or a professional identity card.

Books may be consulted in the reading rooms, which have a capacity of 20 persons. Readers are asked to sign in each time they use the library.

Up to four books may be borrowed for a maximum of one week. The borrower must be resident in Alexandria, and must fill out the Lending Register.

Photographs and photocopies are permitted. Please contact the library reception desk.
